Acceptable Use Policy

Meowmoire uses AI to turn your photos into stories and portraits about you and your cat. This policy explains what you may upload and create. It is part of our Terms and Conditions, and it applies to every photo you upload and every image or text the Service creates for you.

What the Service Is For

Portraits are new pictures of you and your own cat, made from a photo of you, a photo of your cat and, if you choose, a photo of a place. The Service is not a face-swap tool. It does not put your face onto someone else's body, and it may not be used to put another person's face into a scene.

Who May Use It

You must be at least 18 years old.
Use one account per person. Do not create extra accounts to get more free previews.

Photos You Upload

You may only upload:

Photos of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to you using their photo with this Service.
Photos of a cat you own or care for.
Photos of a place you have the right to use, such as your own home.
Photos you took yourself or have the right to use.

You may not upload:

Photos of anyone under 18.
Photos of a person who has not agreed, including public figures, celebrities and people you found online.
Nude, sexual or sexually suggestive images.
Images showing violence, gore, self-harm, weapons used to threaten, or cruelty to animals.
Hateful symbols or content that targets a group of people.
Identity documents, or images showing other people's personal information.
Anything that is illegal where you live.

Images and Text You Create

You may not use anything the Service creates to:

Pass it off as a real photograph in order to mislead someone, for example as evidence, in news, or to make it look like an event happened.
Impersonate a person, or suggest someone took part in something they did not.
Harass, shame, threaten or defraud anyone.
Create sexual content, or content involving anyone under 18.

Sharing your portrait with friends and family, or posting it on your own social media, is fine.

Protecting the Service

You may not:

Remove, crop out or hide the watermark on a preview, or try to get the full-resolution portrait without paying for it.
Use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service.
Try to get around limits, such as free preview limits or rate limits.
Try to make the AI produce content this policy does not allow.

How We Enforce This Policy

We may check uploads and results, automatically or by hand, to keep the Service within this policy. If something breaks this policy we may refuse to process it, delete it, and suspend or close the account. Treats or purchases used to break this policy are not refunded. Where the law requires it, we will report content to the authorities.

Report a Problem

If you believe a photo of you was used without your permission, or you see content that breaks this policy, email us at contact.meowmoire@gmail.com. Include a link to the page if you have one. We will look into it and remove the content where appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
